Today, Bremen High School hosted our annual Health & Prosperity Fair, and it was an incredible day of connection and opportunity!
With over 50 presenters and vendors, our students explored healthy lifestyle resources, post-high school pathways, military and trade school options, scholarship opportunities, mental health supports, and so much more.

BHS Circle Book Club hosted its annual Virtual Bedtime Stories event this past week, and it continues to be a staff favorite. This year was no exception, with families describing the evening as cozy and sweet. BHS staff and their families tuned in for a 30 minute live read aloud filled with laughter and bedtime fun.

Our Deans of Students celebrated positive attendance, great behavior, and academic success by rewarding the first 30 students who showed their badge with Jimmy Johnās & Valentine treats!
We love seeing Braves show up, follow the rules, and shine bright every day. Keep it up Braves you never know when the Deans might strike again!

ššļø Mr. Dyke & the BHS Sophomore Leadership Program completed a service project supporting Cradles to Crayons, helping children (birthā12) in homeless or low-income situations get the essentials they need to thrive. Leadership in action ā way to lead, Braves!

š The BHSD 228 EXCEL program partnered with Gather & Moss, a local small business specializing in houseplants and botanical finds. EXCEL students designed and created stationery cards that were proudly displayed and sold last weekend at the Words and Music 3.0 Fest in Thornton, Illinois.
Their next collaboration project will be hand-painted and glazed flower pots that will be for sale soon!
Gather & Moss is owned by Kristine McManus, a veteran 228 English/Language Arts teacher, who generously donated all proceeds from these sales back to support the EXCEL program.
Thank you EXCEL teacher Mrs. Wnenk and Mrs. McManus for such a unique collaboration! š

Bremen High School honored nearly 380 students during its Semester 1 Student Recognition Breakfast on Thursday, January 8, celebrating academic excellence, dedication, leadership, and positive character in a festive and meaningful way. Held during third period in the Main Gym, the event recognized students across a wide range of achievements, including those earning Honors with Distinction (straight Aās), perfect attendance, Top 5 Star Point earners, SSC All-Conference student-athletes, IHSA sectional qualifiers, and students personally nominated by Bremen staff for outstanding effort, growth, or character.
