2023 BHS Alumni Hall of Fame Inductee is our very own, Mr. Dave Curtin! Dave graduated from BHS in '92. In high school Curtin was a multi-sport athlete including 4 years of varsity football followed by becoming a 2-year letter winner, team captain, and MAC Conference Champion at Ball State University. Curtin is a running enthusiast; he has run over (52) Ultra Marathons including (10) 100+ mile races. The Curtin family created an annual scholarship for District 228 students to honor his late mother, the Linda Curtin Memorial Scholarship. Curtin has worked at 228 for 24 yrs. He is an incredible family man, colleague, mentor, and friend.
