Thank you @juniorachievementofchicago for bringing the JA Town Simulation to BHS! Mrs. Guzak & Mr. Harris' Personal Finance students worked through the real-world budgeting simulation! With the help of 25 business & community volunteers, 169 Personal Finance students were given a career and salary and had to work through a monthly budget. Students made financial decisions, weighed pros and cons of their decisions and tried to end the month with money leftover. #BremenBraves #NGPF #TeachPersonalFinance #JuniorAchievement

BHS Sophomore Leadership was proud to partner with Cradles 2 Crayons Chicago. This organization specializes in providing kids with necessities free of charge. Our students collected winter coats, hats, boots, and a variety of other items. Great Job Sophomore Leadership! @c2cchicago
BHS Energy Club held a cellphone drive to support Cell Phones for Soldiers. @cpfsofficial recycles the phones and uses the proceeds to help secure satellite phones, free of charge, to soldiers serving overseas. The satellite phones are needed to stay connected with their loved ones back home. #BremenBraves #cellphonesforsoldiers
Mr. Strein's Intro to Business class is concluding their fundamentals of business unit with a lemonade state build! Students focused on marketing skills and strategies to create modernized lemonade stands.
